Initial individual 60 minute intake session- $145

Individual 50 minute therapy session- $130

Payments accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card, or FSA/HSA card.

Payment is due at the start of each session.

New Jersey Mental Health Healing is an out of network provider and will provide invoices (ie. superbills), as requested, for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

If you are interested in submitting the claim to your health insurance company, please contact them prior to your first appointment (phone number should be listed on the back of your insurance card) to ask the following questions:

1) Does my plan include out of network benefits?

2) What is the reimbursement amount per 45 minute session (percentage or flat rate)?

3) What is my deductible? Has it been met?

4) How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

5) Is pre-authorization/pre-certification required?

By going out of network, you will have access to more providers than just those contracted with your insurance company, who provide specialty services.  

When utilizing benefits through an insurance company, a certain amount of information must be disclosed. Insurance companies use this information for auditing purposes to determine how many sessions they will agree to cover. If you do not want them to have access to information about your mental health or to dictate your treatment, then self-pay may be a good option for you. 

  If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full rate of the missed session.

Note: Insurance companies will not reimburse you for missed session fees.

 Please arrive promptly to your appointment. Late arrivals (after 15 minutes) will not be seen.
